Architecture
Architecture must become real and the relationship between the architect and the client, along with the place and the construction, must be worked out in order to fulfill the specific needs of each different work. All this must be carried out within a project development that has to be, from our point of view, honest and exciting; committed to obtain great levels of satisfaction and to provide the results with extraordinary value added.
The basic tools that we utilize in order to create pleasant, functional and high quality environments are: the use of light, the control of geometry and shapes, and the deep knowledge of construction techniques.
The Project
To carry out a successful Project, apart from the appropriate utilization of the right tools that we have, it is very important to work in conjunction with the clients and with the specialized consulting team of professionals that collaborate with our company on a continuous basis (engineering, structures and foundations, industrial engineering for the required installations in any type of building, among which we would like to highlight: lighting, domotics, quality control and renewable energies, as these are value added for any kind of Project).
The Project depends, at a first stage, on an intense arrangement activity, but the working out and the subsequent development depends to a great extent on a well structured organization and on the sufficient control of the different professionals and specialists that take part in any kind of construction and for which our office is, in general, perfectly qualified. Due to all the abovementioned aspects, the organizational structure of GENTIUS carries out global intervention and construction works, project management and turnkey operations. In addition, GENTIUS also takes part in several intermediate development proceedings jointly with city councils, which are carried out along with our lawyers (specialized in Urban Planning) who are also part of the consulting firm.
